Delivery & Driver Term Service
Expecting a door delivery? Here’s what you need to prepare for a smooth transaction. Because we are an adult 21+ delivery service. We take each transaction very seriously.
1) Have your phone on ring.
2) Have you government identification matching the billing orders name ready at the door to meet your driver (we don’t allow third party drop off to another receivers name)
3) A surcharge of $20.00 will be charged for attempted delivery and will not be refunded if your package has been dispatched due to customers error, this fee pays our drivers and maintenance of our vehicles. The delivery rate you pay is our way to say thank you for doing business with us and a small fee you pay for utilizing delivery service.
4) To cancel your order call (310) 855-9168 immediately do not email any refund request.
5) Drivers will text you an ETA when they are directly heading to you and will call you upon arrival have your phone on ring.
6) What to do if you missed your delivery from our drivers?
A) Your package will be brought back to our store at 8531 Santa Monica Blvd West Hollywood CA 90069
B) If you missed your package we offer “Curb-Side / In store Pick-Up” at no additional charge, So that you don’t lose your package or a get charged a surcharge of $20.00 for failed attempted delivery.
C) Before you attempt to drive to our location please call (310) 855-9168 to be sure your “missed delivery package” has officially been brought back to our store by your driver. You may request a call back or text when the package arrives to our location.

1) When the driver is in route they generally have multiple packages, they will text you when they are on their way directly to you (not when they depart from the dispatch time you see on our website) with an estimated time arrival. That text will include an ETA when the driver will approximately arrive at your delivery drop off address.
2) The driver will call you upon arrival, unless you've included specific instructions for the driver at your checkout. Driver can provide contactless drop-off with your consent, and a photo of the package at your door will be texted to you. However, we are not responsible of stolen, missing and or damaged packages when the drop-off confirmation has been texted to you.
